1 Priority Coating & Bridge Painting specializes in painting existing steel and concrete bridge structures, which typically require either asbestos and/or lead abatement. Painting of new steel and concrete bridges, as well as industrial and commercial structures, is also performed by 1 Priority. This includes all types of blasting, containments, hand tool prep, chemical stripping, and cleaning needed to meet the various specifications required. Additional painting-related services include the application of anti-graffiti coats, deck sealers, and water repellents. Services performed per applicable SSPC and specification sections of TXDOT Item 427 Surface Finishes for Concrete, Item 428 Penetrating Concrete Surface Treatment, and Item 740 Graffiti Removal and Anti-Graffiti Coating.
